| Most docotrs over here are specialists in their own field. There was a thread last week asking for docotrs and dentists, a GP was mentioned in Girne, have a look back. |

| Hi Hattie and Menance there is a doctor by the Jasmine Court who is a cardiologist. I think the name is Dr Muthar.He is on the main road into town. |

Stronger suggest you go back to previous threads on doctors as the one that has just been mentioned on the main Lapta road did not get favourable reports.
Personally have always dealt with Dr Guven at Etik Hospital in Lefkosa.
Other members of our family have had dealings with the local hospital in Girne. They have always found them to be most helpful and professional. The drawback here can be the long queues of people who are waiting.
The Kyrenia medical centre [round the corner from Mollys] is another place you could go. You do not need to register with a doctor here. Just drop by and you will be seen straight away.

| I would highly recommend Dr Erkut Asicioglu in Lefkosa, almost opposite Lemars. He is young, very efficient and has all the equipment in his surgery. Tel 0392 228 3540, receptionists English passable, he is fluent. |
