Bus transfer from Larnaca Airport

I will be arriving at laqrnaca airport next week and would like to travel by bus to Kyrenia.

If any body knows the routes please let me know.

Hi Mark,



I don't think there are any buses that go from Larnaca to Kyrenia. You will have to get a bus from Larnaca to Lefkosia (Nicosia) walk over the border and then get on another bus to Kyrenia (Girne) Hope this helps.

The buses stop at the border. A bus to Lefkosia goes from Larnaca Airport quite regularly - though are less frequent at night and possibly non-existent on Sunday's - and costs 5 euros per person one way. The drivers are usually helpful and will let you off at the correct place to get a connecting bus on the other side. The walk from where the bus stops to the other bus is quite long if you are carrying a heavy bag so make sure your case has wheels.

A little bit hassle but its possible.



You get a bus from Larnaca Airport to Nicosia (lefkosia) CAPITAL OF CYPRUS.

A company called Kapnos does this. They operate several. This is only possible durring day time hours or unless you use the Larnaca Airport bus shuttle to Nicosia and and then get a taxi from the North Side.

You then get a bus from the Kyrenia gate to the bus terminal where you will find several dolmus to Girne.
