Daytime you can't see them for the pile of rocking horse manure. But at night you can see them easily when there is a blue moon. The sales office is open every Preston Guild!

Best people for Turkish Title Deed properties are Aphrodite Bros, Wish we had bought from them instead of the LARGE estate agent we bought from. Phone Dogan on 0542 852 6739 or 0533 867 1911 I am 100% sure he will get you a good honest deal.

We have an apartment on Pines and have 3 double bedrooms and the location is excellent. Deeds are 100% pre1974 Turkish title. There were two for sale but I think one may have been bought yesterday but one in our block (1 of 6) still on the market. Would highly recommend.

Yes, does have pool and aircon. Maintenance charges £500 per year. No central heating but gas fires are sufficient. Asking price £75000 fully furnished.

Just wondering......is your quest for specifically Turkish title land linked to the fear which the Oram's case has bought up? I'll imagine quite a few Brits are looking to sell their TMD and move into the pre-74 deeds.

You can confirm with the South that the land is pre 74 Turkish Title. Also the deeds are different the HBPG shows you what to look for to confirm its pre 74. People are not mentioning that its difficult to get PTP for this deed type. Only the seller is 100% safe with internationally recognised title deeds in such cases.
