No they normally walk from the UK, sorry I could not resist that one!!!

Yes we have friends and family who have used this route, they have not experenced any issues at all, local taxi firms charge around £90-£95 each way.

Hi Glady's, We have only flown to Paphos once, at the time it was cheaper to get a package deal to Iya napa than a flight to Larnaca, maybe this is what you have done? It is a long way, we hired a car instead.

Glady's I am not criticising and please don't take this the wrong way, but can you please tell me why you put 'lol' at the end of all of your posts, even the serious ones?

lol Paul, I just wondered if dizzy knows what 'lol' is, or if she had seen someone else write it. How are you anyway?

Vicki - I have noticed this too. I wonder if Gladys means it to be an abbreviation of 'lots of love' rather than 'laugh out loud'???

Message 12 - the reason I said what I said to Vicki was, I assure you, completely genuine. It is the fact that I myself (being a bit of a technophobe) for months thought lol meant 'lots of love'. No offence intended and, hopefully, none taken

Oop's foot in mouth time, (on my part) No Bitchiness intended Dizzy from me or The Wicks, we use 'lol' as 'laugh out loud' to me it sounded strange to 'laugh out loud' on a serious post, that's why I asked why, The Wicks, (Jean and Paul) pointed out to me that your 'lol' may mean 'Lots of love' which now makes more sense.

So sorry if you took offence or thought I was bitching (something not in my nature)

Please forgive me for the confusion.

Vicki
