Hi ricky. I was at the site last week on holiday. The electiral connections are in progress now but not yet completed. The tennis court frame work is complete but no enclosed fenceing yet. Ten men on site every day i vistited. Lovely stone walls are being built around villas and pool. Also street lamps have been installed but not connected yet. Many plants have been planted and you can really see that the site is coming along. Are you in the uk? I would like to talk to you off board is possible? Regards.

Ricky

The developer advised me it should all be completed in two months. But I think it may be a little longer to complete. I have spoken to the Electrical Contractor on site and he advises the power connection from the kibtek Utility Company will be another three weeks. Looks to me like things are now coming together. I can not confirm the position with the water connections but there are many water tanks connected around the project but no water is running as yet. The Electric will have to be connected before the water can be pumped in to tanks and in to apartments.
