Now have the second cut today.



I seem to recall that the Finance Minister (!) has claimed that there will not be any further cuts. He has said this three years running. The new generators don't seem enough.

Yeh had one this morning for 2.5 hours or so.. and another one for about half hour, it has just come back on.
