Last year several people took up such leases because they were waiting on their own property being completed ; there is the option to extend .My daughter took on such lease when she arrived to start her business . A furnished apartment is not an option when your property is not finished and a container is arriving immanently.



No doubt neither of you had considered this possibility .

A three bed three bath spacious duplex would easily accommodate someone in such a situation



No doubt neither of you had considered this possibility .

In retrospect I realise that specifying a six month term has limited my options. ; I shal readvertise it as along term rental .
