Can anyone help. I have been receiving emails along the line of the copy and paste below but between possession and 7th March I spent but 4 days in Cyprus and paid Kibtek direct. I have asked for justification of how this amount can be true for 4 days or even 7 months of non use but am now just having interest added. I now have my own meter but still these bills continue. Does anyone have a clue what is happening.

Thanks

"As you may be aware the electricity meter for your apartment at Turtle Bay Village was fitted on the 7th March 2009.

From when you took possession of the apartment until 7th March 2009 we have supplied your apartment with electricity and have been paying the electric board (Kibtek) for the electric used. The bill was sent to us as one bill therefore we have had to divide it between all apartments.

Please see the below for the amount now owed to us.

769.31 TL"
