I'm with Turkcell G3 on an annual contract which is okay but reports from others about Nethouse is positive.

My neighbour is with Nethouse and gets better connections than I do,

I wished they were around before I went with Extend, go for it you will have less problems

Hi GBJohn

I'm with Nethouse Networks, and have been for app 18 months.

Been good most of the time, 512 connection, good for Skype etc.

Has been very slow recently, but others have had no connection at all :-(

Can be paid monthly, then stopped, then restarted at a later date,

But check 1st

Over all, happy with them, for TRNC!

Good luck

Navek

Hi - I posted on here on 28th October to see if anyone wished to change to Nethouse as we have done.

We dealt with Seran who works for Netix (an authorised dealer for Nethouse) and her telephone number is

0542 856 23 55. You will find her very helpfull and will explain all the packages available.

We were very pleased with the connection service - arranged for it on late Wednesday and it was fitted on the Friday morning. Have had a couple of follow up calls to see if we are happy with the service and we are.

Recommend you give Seran a call

I second the positive posts about Nethouse Networks. After much frustration with SunnyCyprus (very nice people, but the system sucks for one reason or another) and a regular connection failure via the late Internet Club (very nice people i.e. in the beginning, but they never got my connection working to my satisfaction) - Nethouse Networks turned out to be a revelation. Do you know many companies in TRNC where they work on Bayram? Nethouse Networks does. The helpdesk in Nicosia could be easily reached and a technician came to my house to solve an antenna problem. This company is OK. They don't speak Dutch , but Turkish or English is a choice when you call them. Highly recommended.

Can anyone offer a ball park figure for initial set up and monthly costs with Netehouse please? We are with Extend and have been for some time but we are getting very intermitent service at present, we need a realiable service, (as much as you can get here)

They were offering free installation about 2 months ago, saving 200TL and you pay 1TL per metre of cable used, if you need a wireless router they charge 150TL. The charges all depend on what speed you want and it is much cheaper if you pay for 12months at time rather than every month.

Thanks for the prices, is anyone using Nethouse in Ozankoy please? The reason I ask is that someone wanted to go with Nethouse but the transmitter would not reach their place? (no idea where they lived)

I'm with Nethouse - this past week the up/download/connection speed is terribly slow - suddenly 'Can't find server' message keeps coming up and my VOIP won't function properly as it keeps disconnecting due to server connection problems - certainly not mine.

It seems fairly obvious that all these, so called, 'servers' have sold too many subscriptions for their bandwith to be able to cope with - simple as that!
