Hi all, there is a new set of answers on the Lincguide website from Naomi Memhet.



There are questions on subjects including, appealing on PTP, Title deeds, and problems with builders.

Richard, like you these were my views until the recent positive posts by owners that have succeeded in getting justice



I think the days of owners coming up against a brick wall with problems are coming to an end.



However those that succeed have to stay focussed and stay in the driving seat so to speak being negative is not in there remit !!!

To have as much information about a problem is the key to solving it.

Many thanks for sending this out -we found her advice to be very informative and also mirrors previous advice from our solicitor.



Think she should be applauded for her forward thinking and not critisised.

Thanks everyone, sometimes when that is the only reponse you get you wonder if it is worth the effort.
