Hi jmg171,

Will be interesting watching this thread, i have not bought from this developer or heard of them.

I did hear a rumour 1 maybe 2 years ago that a certain Mr Abromavich the Chairman with a certain London Club, had purchased land in Northern Cyprus.

How interesting to see it is called Chelsey Village !!!!!!!!!!! with offices in both the UK and Russia...I wonder if there is a connection???.

I spoke to a lady at their london offices, she would not deny nor admit there was a connection with Mr Abramovich, she simply said "we support Chelsea in London" whatever that means, whether they are using his name to gain publicity, have been sworn to secrecy or simply lifelong Blues fans. She wouldnt give me the names of other developments that they built either, except to say this is their 3rd project, after successful completion of a small complex and various villas.



A/C does not come as standard, fitted kitchen and wardrobes, no central heating provisions, except in semi detach villas......



Thats All I have for now, waiting for the brochure...

I have bought with Sea-Terra on the Bay project. They are a very professional group. I have not heard aanything bad about them. They are not the cheapest but the system they use on there website is very good and you can follow the construction with updated photographs each month.

Thank you for your reply,my husband and I have gone ahead and bought from yigor propertys,so far all is going well. We also bought from seaterra at the bay and looking forward to completion around december.

Sorry to spoil the fun but there are quite a few articles about this chelsey village -roman issue!!



It clearly states from romans head spokesman that although there are rumours this is in fact not true- think agents are trying to link the name to him for extra publicity/sales etc!!

Sales people and agents have been out spinning their webbs again!!

Bought at Sea Terra Bay reasonably happy with construction but not with management company.



Heard of young couple involved in accident crossing south to north with hire car from south not informed about extra insurance necessary by car hire company although they were aware of travel plans and no advice at border. Medical insurance invalid since no extra insurance. British High Commission useless.

Very agressive southern rental company small print in hire contract states can take monies out of your bank account without your permission, bank in uk did just that when rental company wanted money for damage to car. Great difficulty returning car to south
