property in guzelyurt

hi everyone since i asked if anyone has purchased a porperty in guzelyurt, (aphrodite beach front village on the 15- 05 -07) it seems as if only one person has purchased, yet 70% have been sold there must be somebody else out there who knows about this development ? any new information from other buyers would give me more confidence about this development and the surrounding area? look forward to your replies.

looks like its just us then garry . im looking for hotels near to guzelyurt , anybody got any recommendations? cant wait to get out there and have a look.

Hi we are going out there on Wednesday to have a look. Our apartment at Aphrodite is supposed to be nearly finished. We're staying for a week to check out the area. We'll let you know what we think.

We're staying at a hotel near Kyrenia. There are lots of hotels on the holiday web sites but none at Guzelyurt that I could find.

there seems to be two, 1 in guzelyurt and 1 in Lefke (nearby)
