| newscoop, does it have it's own bar and food selection in the smoking area otherwise its not really well cared for any smoker.
Just because we are anti-social, unhealthy, grouchy buggers doesn't mean we should be down trodden and left out in the rain and winds you know !!! |

The law controlling tobacco and smoking explicitly bans smoking in all and any areas in which food is served.
Jessics does provide a bar for smokers. |

| Looks like sarcasm was lost on some again, if there were an area for smokers that catered for food and beverages it would be what we used to call the bar which these days allows everything except for smoking.
I have to smoke outside at home and work so why should the bar be any different |
