| Having been stranded in Manchester airport because of the industrial action on wednesday,I decided to email them and air my greivences.
But all the email addresses on their site are being returned saying Delivery Status Notification ( failure ) they issue statements to make it seem as though were doing everthing possible to help.
Well I can only speak for Manchester airport,and the help was zero nothing, no info no meal voucher, no promised other flights no accomodation bugger all so if anyone knows of an email address that we can get through on please post it. |

Have a word with this chap on, http://www.talat-kktc.org He is very good at sorting out all of TRNC problems from crooked builders, bent solicitors, corrupt government officers, International relations, etc. He's very approachable and will act quickly to resolve your present grievances!

Try this one: info @kthylondon.co.uk mark it for the attention of@ Erol He sorted my last claim when the pilots went on strike last year & left us stranded in Manchester. It took a few weeks but I got a full refund.

| Just had a reply from Erol this morning - he has forwarded my claim to refund dept - says I will receive refund shortly! Will keep you informed but it looks promising!
