Can someone give me a guide please as I have to pay our builder before I go back next weekend. It is going to be 450 units for the past 12 months

Ian the builders rate is 0.79 per unit plus 10% KDV. Are you saying that you have to pay your builder for 450 units per month for 12 months? If so, your bill will be 4692.60TL. If it is just 450 units in total then your bill will be 391.05TL.

Sal unfortunately we have had Kib-tek down on more than one occasion and the only solution is to bring the supply from Simena 900 metres to our site (even though we already have the overhead cables). Cost is £40k. Builder won't pay and nor will the neighbours. The last plan was to go in with Sante Fe (at the top of the road) but even this will cost £23k and as our houses are about to be auctioned there doesn't seem much point in making it a more attractive proposition for any prospective buyers.
