Question are certain poster allowed to use such characters in their title to draw attention to their posts? as per ruling number 7 as below

My last posting was 9-21 today, been out in the sun for two hours. Am back inside now to cool off and will

Throughout the past centuries mediocre people used to call well educated multi-lingual people "pedantic or arrogant". It's a well known problem - for the poorly educated accusers. As much as I like the British people (most of them are not pedantic, because how could they be?) they are at least arrogant.
