Have you gone through an agent or booked it all yourself, how much did it cost you, thought I might try it next year

Re : Msg 9,

Yes, Red Bull were testing today their new F-shaft which is going to be fine-tuned by tomorrow so they can catch up with McLaren on a straight line.Vettel also used today for the first time "Randy Mandy" - his new chassis.

Paul,

5 of us are going on from Cyprus on Sunday, booked it ourselves.. Sabiha airport is so close to the circuit there's not much to it. Buses are laid on anyway... all we had to do was book flights, mine was about £83 return and jump on a bus when we get there...

I'll let you know how simple it turns out in practice.

Well arry,Rigsby will behave today because i am going to Harrogate to Truckex,Its where us old tipper drivers go once a year to drool over the new stuff. I hope Mr Brawn has got some tricks up his sleeve,I think it will be a Red Bull weekend, again!

Rigsby,

It's sort of going full circle with the Coventry Climax once the engine to race, coming from a very work-a-day engineering background...

Grrrrr ... am green with envy. Went to Siverstone last year when we thought it would be the last before transferring to Donnington. A great experience. Wanted to go to Istanbul this year, but couldn't persuade the old man.

Very disappointing results for me: Alonso only twelfth.

Ferrari put their team on red alert after qualifying performance. They said they need immediate improvements to the car if they don't want to miss championship as their cars appear so unbelievably slow as compared to Red Bull and McLaren.

Rigsby, I don't envy God starting tomorrow on those tires after hir trip to the gravel.

Sideways, 15 TL for beer! Hopefully Groucho & Friends will have hip flasks with them tomorrow.

Alcoholic drinks are much more expensive in Turkey due to UK type taxes...

We will probably buy some drinks before entering the circuit... but either way I won't be paying 15TL for a beer.

take drinks in with you. I wonder if they'll confiscate his sandwiches???

I think someone in the RedBull camp is going to get their wrist's slapped. (if not both of them).

McLaren were right about pushing RedBull into making mistakes but at least they managed to salvage 3rd place.

A great race and to see two cars of the same team take each other out remin ded me of Senna and Prost!!!

Best race for a long time and as already said plenty of overtaking.

So nearly a McLaren farce, too ... Note Lewis' referring to 'confusion'... I'm sure I saw Martin Whitmarsh refer to one of his drivers as a fool, from the pit wall ..

Also sure I saw Christian Horner say 'move' to one of his drivers.... Q: which one .. ?

Well,The Mclarens put some manners on Red Bull, well the stupid move by Vettell helped them.I think that Jenson and Lewis nearly made the same error. Why oh why didn,t it rain.My god asked what intermediates meant,2mm of wet stuff.lol.I think my hero will be on the podium soon.

The body searches were for guns and bombs, not food and drinks, so taking your own is ok
