Where exactly is the apartment? Would you consider a rent starting from July/August? You say it is unfurnished but does it include white goods in the kitchen?

to get to the apartment take the turning to the side of the garage opposite Astro in Girne called Gaziosman Pasa Sokak

then take the last but one trurning right called Orhan ismail Sokak as you turn left at the bottom (you have no choice) it is the first block on the right with a for rent sgn in the door. It does have all white goods ,air con to all three bedrooms and a pool, must be with a contract all fully legal . What was you offering as a rent if you want it cheaper???

we may be interested in your apartment, could we furnish it as we wish? we are coming to Girne Late August through late December so it is only for 4 months, we could do a contract and pay money upfront.
