This is clearly a serious request, undeserving of the trite nonsense in Msg 2. Bumbles - you may like to add whether accomodation is available and what the expected hours and conditions will be?.... might promote at least a few sensible replies.

Accomodation could be arranged for the right persons. Ideally a couple who have experience running bars/cafes that could run it together. Hours can be discussed directly. This rather depends if we get a couple or two individuals, but obviously are quite long in this line of business especially in the summer. Anyone in the Industry would I would imagine be aware of this. Thanks!

You really must keep yourself up to date by reading (if you can) or listen (if your ears are de-waxed) and even watch the TV (if you can see) to keep yourself informed of the latest news. Egon Ronay died today which is sad, but he had a good innings.
