I have just been given one months notice from my current tenants today therefore our villa will be available next month.

Its fully furnished, 3 beds/3 bath, open plan kitchen/ lounge/ diner and 4th small guest bed/office. Air conditioned throughout. 4x8 pool in private garden with ample parking plus roof sun terrace . I am looking for £300 plus you look after pool or £350 to include maintenance. It is in Aalsancak on the Merit side.

Could you tell me where exactly the villa is please. We were in that area (near the Merit) last week looking at another one but it was only 2 bedrooms and not suitable.

We are renting a villa but ours is going to be put up for sale in September, i can give 1 months notice but can sort out a deposit ect so we have time to move stuff.



Am very inerested, my wife is in Cyprus now but im in the U.K
