Hi,

If you go onto one of the specified agency web sites you will be able to fill in applicatin form to hopefully arrange and receive AtlasJet tickets.

The only downside is that you will need to pay £15 per ticket to get the new ticket. They are agencies not part of AtlasJet so are not ging to do this for nothing. AtlasJet will not deal direct, not good having to pay additional money but if it works out probably the best option.

I have used Direct traveller, the Rep informed me I should have my re-issued tickets in a few days, payment

of £15 per ticket payable on receipt of new ticket. She also advised there were "plenty of available seats" and would "try" to get my children and I on the same flight.

Would be good to hear from anyone who has already received their new tickets.

You don't have to attend in person though do you? I presume that you can email / post the form and anything else that is required?

micyron

there are no birmingham flights no manchester flights forget it

just go to your credit card company and get your money back what are you waiting for

your lucky you can get back your money and book with another airline imagine the others ripped off

for seats now the same agents are ripping them off with charging £15 and there is no certainty these flights

will fly or worse get back

Message 9 - there are Manchester flights going forward, although perhaps not under the current 'emergency' schedule. Manchester flights are bookable on AtlasJet's website, with similar schedules to CTA (for the Saturday flight at least).

3qmifi see Msg 1 It has the numbers why not ring them and so you will not live on others information as some is correct, some is speculation and some is wrong.

those numbers were copied from http://www.northcyprusfreepress.com/2010/07/07/exchanging-cta-tickets-for-atlasjet-tickets-in-the-uk and are hopefully right. The Atlasjet website didn't give the numbers. I've had an email saying that someone had contacted all the numbers and was told by them all that they weren't exchanging tickets for those who bought tickets from CTA! I'm not sure if this is true and so would be interested in any feedback. The direct travel link is below:

Post from Direct Traveller

KTHY / ATLASJET CUSTOMERS

Cyprus Turkish airlines is currently in process of merging with ATLASJET and therefore flight operations may be slightly disrupted during this time. New flight schedules are being drawn up and in the meantime planes are being chartered to operate cancelled KTHY flights. Direct Traveller is able to assist KTHY customers that booked directly with KTHY.

Please note that Direct Traveller is not AtlasJet but an agent that is willing to help customers of KTHY/ ATLASJET.

- We are only able to assist customers flying to Ercan, North Cyprus from the UK.

- We will contact Atlasjet for you and request Atlasjet to confirm your flight details on your behalf.

- Once we have confirmation from Atlasjet we will contact you with further details.

- Direct Traveller has a small service fee for this process of £15 per person.

Hi, i have just filled our online form in to exchange our tickets via Cyprus Paradise and they are charging a 'small admin fee' of £25 per ticket holder!!!

I dont care really, i just want to know that my family will be going to Ercan to enjoy our holiday and to see my parents. £25 is better than no holiday or having to fork out again for more flite tickets when the first ones cost enough to start with.

Has antone got their tickets yet and have they had to dramatically change dates/times etc? we were going on a wednesday from manchester, but it looks like there are no wednesday flights??

I filled in Cyprus Paradise's form on Tuesday and still no response. As I checked the 'confirm you are willing to pay £25' box, I assume I can't change to Direct Traveller even though it looks like they are responding quicker (and cheaper). Does this mean they are getting Atlas' available seats first?

This is so frustrating, the alternative Larnaca flights are going up daily but I can't book them until I know I can't get on Atlas! I'm not paying twice.

millerman, you can cancel as they haven't offered you anything yet. There is no guarantee they can get you tickets on a date you want so there is no contract.

I hate to say it but if these Travel Agents aren't getting quick responses from Atlasjet then they're only good for those whose flights are in more than a few weeks time.

People who I know who have used first club got there new bookings confirmed within 36 hours all got same dates as original bookings but they have got the odd detour via Ankara a slight pain but fact is they have confirmed seats at £15 per ticket which is quite fair considering the staff in these agents are receiving from there ignorant customers who assume it's there fault.

I used Asia Express because they already work with Atlas. Sent off form and got ticket back within 48 hours on same dates as had from CTA. Very helpful there. Perhaps I got in before the rush. It was cheaper than all the others but think they have raised their price now. Good luck to everyone else trying.

Follow their instructions. Do not make a payment just reserve the seats and as I said follow their instructions. Good luck.

When I said do not make a payment I meant for the tickets. At some point according to instructions you will have to pay £20 per person in order to get your new tickets. It's also worth phoning, try both numbers to chase it up. Someone I know got their tickets exchanged within 30 minutes!
