Needed from march, a one bedroom or studio apartment to rent, karakum, girne, karaoglanoglu, alsancak or maybe lapta.



will be for a respectable, legal, consultancy business, property will be well looked after and maintained, as there will be a slow one on one business, conducted by one person.



furniture is not required, however white goods would be desired in the kitchen (except washing machine).



Ideal situation for a landlord,



NO furntiure expenses

NO noisy tenants

NO sharers

NO dilapidations

Property will not be lived in, just used for daily work



Tenant is an expat from the UK, with also a KKTC kimlik card, will be a legal, above board business, with all the necessary work papers.

I have a studio apartment at Patara City that has just become available. Would suit a business as its a corner unit in clear view from the Starling supermarket and has access from the rear entrance with easy parking.



Fitted kitchen with white goods and furnished but can remove any unwanted furniture.



£325 per month including maintenance but will consider offers if multiple months paid up front.
