one touch press the blue button and a few seconds later the digital readings change.continue doing this until all the zeros appear.the next reading when you touch the button again will be your current unit reading.disregard the last digit to the right as that is following the decimal point.hope this helps.

A very good question!!

Interestingly-we live on a small site(3 houses) in Esentepe and originally had the old type meter.

In November of last year Kibtek replaced our meter with a digital meter but did not change our TC neighbours meters either side of our house.

Not saying that we are being targetted but can't understand why they have only changed ours?

Might be of interest...here in Bahceli they have been changing the meters over to digital types, en masse.

On Blue Bay apartments for a December meter change there was no paper slip for January, but the paper slips have resumed again this month, Feb.

Best Regards

We have been told that it only three phase properties that are getting them.

Also heard that they have run out of them
