Medikent hospital did mine. It was part of a raft of tests so not sure what the cost would be.

Speak to Zelif at the Medikent, she speaks excellent English her extension number is 404 and the hospital number is03926808080.

ECGs are easily done - my GP, Dr Hakan Ataker does them and I'm sure a lot of others will do as well. Dr Hakan charges very little. Girne Private Hospital will definitely do them as well.

Beware Girne private hospital. Ask charges first.

Hubby was charged 2,000TL for an x ray and back slap plaster on his ankle. Not bad for half an hours work!

I have been treated at girne private hospital and it was OK, but I personally prefer to go to Lefkosa and the Medikent is professional, efficient, friendly and spotless.

Im sure that if nurseawful see this post she will advise you. I had to have one last monday as I really thought I was having a heart attack. I went to the only one I know Dr Mundur by Jasmine Court. He sent me to hospital. 3 ECGs after and a blood test and an injection in my bum i was allowed home. Cost for the Doc 100 tl , hospital nothing.I was there maybe 3 hours but blood pressure taken constantly, ECGs and blood test results all in that time. It was always my fear of ending up there but I have to say I could not fault that. The nurse tried to give me an orange asprin, the language difference was a slight problem. I tried to tell her that I had already taken two. She more or less snatched it from me and put it back in the pot, but eveytime she came to do checks on me we was always laughing. In the UK I had to wait over a week for results.

Private hospital, road on right after passing HSBC - had ECG and a cardiogram (?) last week and about 30 mins with cardiologist - 100lira and I think some of that was the blood test money from the previous week as Id forgotten to pay!! Just go in and ask if they can do one for you - usually they do it there and then - can you read it, or will you want their man to when he's next in?

Hi

Which hospital did the doctor send you to?

Was it Girne?
