Looking for long term rental( Bungalow preferred) or house BUT not apartment. Must have garden as this is our passion. Prepared to do any repairs /DIY in exchange for reasonable rent. Husband retired builder and I am an unemployed SRN here in TRNC since 1st May 2008. Also must be furnished or at least part furnished. Mobile 0533 8742705.

Furnished and white goods. Mature garden. Large brick storage shed. No pool, but there are many hotels nearby that you can use. 2 double bedrooms have en suites. Thanks Alyson but we don't want the upheaval of moving every 6 months and are looking for a year or so now, otherwise would have been interested.

Thanks Ataturk. We'd be interested in more details as Bellapais is lovely despite the limited access via road during busy times. Ideally we would love to live near the sea but are considering all options and do not like Esentepe . Far too much building been allowed there. We came here when there was nothing so it's a bit of a shock. Thanks look forward to hearing from you.
