daver you can get an SMS package, 100 texts for 8TL if you on subscription , or for 160 units if you on pay as you go. Details here

On subcription I think it works out cheaper to use this if you send more than 32 texts in a month, rather than pay for each one at .25TL per text. Not sure if its same on pay as you go.

Oh just noticed the 100 sms deal is only weakly for pay as you go, though you can get 10,000 text for 250 units for a month. Who uses 10k texts in a month ?

Don't think you can go on subscription with KKTCell unless you have residency.
