Hello all,

sad news is that we are currently not able to reconfigure our tvMAX no configuration vpn system for channel4. BBC and ITV seems to be working on at the moment.

So until we come up with something smarter, our clients can use the following information to connect to our VPN system manually using the following information

server: vpn.multimaxcyprus.com

username: tvmax

password: tvmax

To set up a vpn connection:

http://www.windows7hacker.com/index.php/2009/08/how-to-set-up-a-vpn-connection-in-windows-7/

Please note that this vpn is designed for watching UK TV channels and leaving it on permanently is not recommended, please disconnect it when you are not watching TV for optimal Internet performance.

if you have any questions, please do not hesitate contact us info@multimaxcyprus.com

Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to provide in-depth support for different types of operating systems for setting up a VPN connection, so this free vpn connection is provided as-is without any support or guarantees.

If you can bring your PC to our offices, we might be able to set ip up for you there, please call 0548 870 0226 and ask for availability.

Internet has many resources that will guide you in this respect. GoogleIt!

All emails that are sent to us is read and if there is any problems on our end, we will do our best to rectify it as soon as possible.
