| It is probably closed just for the winter, as their main seating is outside. It was very busy every time I went there - so I doubt very much it has "closed". |

| I believe the rent was too much at £950 per month. That's a lot of takings and then take out the rest of the overheads. I do hope it reopens though as was a very nice restuarant, bar etc and Tariq was a very good 'mine host'. And there aren't any more Chinese Restaurants around our area. |

| china garden will re-open march/april. spoke to tariq last weekend. no problems there, just lack of tourists at present and not enough locals regularly. |
