Yes tena they might, problem is people still believe it wont happen to them, they have done their homework and the Estate Agent who is so nice have introduced them to their husband/wife/sister/brother/relative/friend who just happens to be an Advocate and they too are so nice and couldn't possibly be dishonest and so the Estate Agent pockets an other £250 to go with the 5/6% commission for selling the property. So it goes on and on and on.
