As much as I enjoy the Forums I do get annoyed with people who come on and slate every other development and the go on to promote how great their one claims to be.



So I personally think that TIM10 has a vested interest in the development he is claiming to have bought into otherwise why would he slate every other one. Can it be true that we are all fools and only he has made the correct decision? I do not think so.



It can be a dangerous game to try and promote your development by slagging of the competition and can seriously backfire.

I don't think you would encourage feedback or use this forum to promote your development here because (as did happen) you are more likely to get a honest but sometimes negative response to your questions. I think ilovecyprus said what was needed when he stated,



"if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is"

From my experience of these boards there is good and bad in every development. No builder (or estate agent for that matter) is 100% perfect but it is good that people feel they can air their views as to what problems they have had and how they are resolved.
