Chelsea is a lovely 13 year old German Shepherd in desperate need of a new home. Her English owner brought her all the way over to Catalkoy and has now gone back to UK and left her!! She is a house dog, been spayed, all injections and likes other dogs. She is in good health and needs a loving home. Ring Karen on 0533 8655203

Stories like this make my bloody blood boil...do you have a number in UK for her owners cos I would love to ring them up and report them to the RSPCA so they never ever get to own another dog...I wish I could help but I have 3 plus another one hanging around now..

You know when we had to give up the Brasserie and had no income I worked the market at lambussa only because first for survival and second I could not and would not let my dogs become strays. it makes me very sad. |

So did this person just leave the dog in the garden and fly away, or what? Let's have some naming and shaming if it's true.

This is sickening! how on earth could someone do this to their own pet? They obviously went through all the hassle and finance of taking this poor dog over to NC,and for what? to dump her? Disgusting!

i cannot believe that some people would just leave their dog of 13 years. we constantly blame the cypriots for bad treatment of their animals, but this week has shown the expats are no better. its nice to hear of a happy ending, well done!

Well done Spider for taking care of this animal, however I do feel that the culprits should be named and shamed. It's downright despicable what they have done.

well,No.1.the ones who took he in might know, but for a whole few weeks she was shunted from piller to post,so it will thake her a little while to start wagging her tail. wa can only reasure her with lots of love, and brushing she has such a nice coat, and Mr Spider has always wanted a German Shepherd,so perhaps it was just ment to be,. the owner did bring her,and perhaps left with no money, may even be upset themselves..could seem that way.!! we have no name, and would not like it to come to that, she has a few years left, and she loves to swim, nice,Spider,xx
