Someone kindly sent me this recipe and I can confirm that it works - I may not thank them for this in the long run.

4 tbsp SR Flour, 4 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, 1 egg, 3 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp oil, 3tbsp chocolate chips (optional but I think I'm worth it), small splash of vanilla extract, 1 large coffee mug.

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in milk and oil, mix well. Add choc chips (if using) and vanilla extract, mix again.

Put mug in microwave and cook for 3 mins at 1000 watts (900w was ok). The cake will rise over top of mug - don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little(3 secs seemed ok, lol), and tip out onto plate or eat from the mug. Add cream or ice cream to be extra naughty... and enjoy. Share with a friend if you are feeling generous.

Now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time, day or night, dangerous or what!
