The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise

into our daily routine.. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular

health and maintain muscle mass.



If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do

more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.



Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.

NN I do my exercises every morning- have done for years.



I start with UP DOWN UP DOWN UP DOWN UP DOWN.........



























Then the same with the other eyelid!

Hey, just a minute: the best thing you can do is to convert to Islam and do your prayers five times a day. I am not sure how many times but you have to kneel down and put your head on the ground, then get up and so on so many times and repeat it five times a day. I bet that will keep you healthy.
