Once power of attorney on a deed has been granted can it be revoked unilaterally by the original deed holder without the consent of the person (persons) who hold POA?

Also is it possible for the people granted POA to have an injunction placed on the deed and if so what is the procedure?

Thanks in anticipation.

My internet was not working this morning and then off we went for a picnic. When we came b ack home I went for a long walk to burn off the extra calories, so here I am at last!!!

A POA can be revoked any time by the person who gave it in the first place despite the fact that the POA may say that it is irrevocable. If you have a valid POA, you are empowered to do what you like in strict accordance with the powers given to you. The authorities will examine the POA very carefully and see if you have the right to do what you try to do. As simple as that.
