| Moomin i bought my apartment from Nokta and had no problems at all . good aftersales as well. I still pop in for a coffee You can only speak as you find . |

I thought maybe my experience this week was an unfortunate one-off, but maybe not.
They said they were bringing someone round to view. Didn't turn up and didn't even bother to call to explain why they didn't turn up.
A little courtesy goes a long way, don't you think? |

| Oh well, I think that's that then for Nokta and my house! I love this country and I wish i didn't have to leave, but it beggar's belief how many estate agents out there find it acceptable to waste other people's time.

| Nokta are primarily a builder/developer.
From my experience, these type of businesses will try to push their own stuff first. You may find differently but in my dealings this is nearly always the case.
I would, personally, choose an independant agent to market my property. |
