Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of buying a resale property that's approx 7 years old. It looks really sound with no signs of any defects, but I'm wondering if it would be wise to have a survey done.
What are your thoughts, has anybody had problems with properties of a similar age? Do you know of any reputable surveyors, and what are the costs involved in surveying a semi-detached villa worth £70000.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can give me.

Always wise to have a thorough survey wherever you are buying.
