yeh ur right my mistake apparently a big one from what i can see yet i was assured that they were a reliable builder finishing projects on time i was given an eighteen month completion date six months ago and they haven't even started yet is this normal practice do you know

hi where is your property ours is in karsiyaka well supposed to be no signs of anything yet signed contract last september coming out in june for a week hoping for some signs of life by then but since finding this web site beginning to wonder if done the right thing

We were promised end of Dec 07 for completion then it was March, last week we had some photos sent and they are still 6 months behind with little or no work going on ?

Prepare for the big wait/delay

hi turtle where is your property ours is a three bedroom bungalow or should be if and when it gets built in karsiyaka only five on plot just beginning to wonder if we should have bought one that was ready built or near completion people dont seem to have much faith in this builder with his time scales take it i wont be retiring as soon as i thought bummer

hi phild doesnt sound to promising my husband going to have to talk to estate agent when he comes home works away been telling him about this web site do you know of anyone who has been able to pull out of a contract without losing their money

We are in Alsancak a small development but its obviously too big to build??

Its so annoying that these people wont even comunicate or more to the point just be honest.
