Hi there,

did any of you buy your property through H&B estates? If so, did you get your £500 cashback? We have tried to claim ours and have been told it was taken up as part of their commission as we bought the property lower than the advertised price!!!! Has anyone vere heard of the buyer paying the commission???

The promotion did rely on you actually paying the full asking price. Even a £50 discount made you inelligible for the £500 cash back.
