Have read lots of useful information on having the land divided and house being registered on the land on this site. Currently waiting to hear from the land office if we have our final approval to parcelise the land and have house registered. Thought we were nearly their until someone we know informed us we will never get this permission. He claimed we will have to complete all the infastructure and add a pavement. This would cost amega buck more than we have. We started building our house years ago and only finished last year. When we started infastructure was not an issue. Can anyone confirm that this is the case and permission will be refused if we dont complete the infastructure..
