| Whilst not a book exchange as such at Tumba Restaurant in Esentepe (just as you enter the village) they receive good donated paperbacks which they sell for 2 TL each with proceeds going to Tullips a cancer support charity. Ideally you can return them when you have finished with them but don't have too. Effectively this is probably cheaper than most formal book exchanges anyway and you are supporting a worthy charity at the same time. They regularly get new donations so there is usually a good selection but would always welcome more. Aussie |

| If you come to the Carpenters Market on Friday, I exchange books '2 or 1' or can buy them off you if you wish. Ask for Dawn, I set up in their garden just next to the main entrance. Carpenters is in Karaoglanoglu, just past the 'Bektas' Supermarket (if you are coming from town), just before it , if you come from Lapta way. Open 10-1pm, every Friday. |
