after 10 days without any internet (before the floods) and unable to get them on the phone i was always caller

number 7 or 9 so no point in waiting. I went to shop in Girne yes I will get them to come to you today well, as you can guess no one came so had to go out and buy a dongle and start all over again. to date still no contact from extend but thankfully i only paid monthly and only lost about 10 days worth how did every one else get on????? would like to know please.

I had great service from extend recently when I lost my internet connection. Yes I rang them and yes it took ages to get through I had to wait about 10 minutes to speak to someone to get a call out but it was worthit was worth it. I received a good explination of the problem and what the company was trying to do to put things right. The tech guys came out late afternoon on Saturday took away a part on my dish and okay I lost my internet for a full day but they arrived back with the part fixed on Sunday evening in time to skype the kids before they had their tea!



Thank you extend for all your help. I certainly intend to renew my contract with them for another year.

I did not loose service, but my neighbours were hit, they have had hundreds of dishes to re position, that does not take a few minutes. It is nit just Extend, you ask any locals when they can do something for you, they say tomorrow, and how often does that happen?? Very rarely, that is the Mediterranean way, manyana!!!!

We get from Merit and lost for 12 days.



It is an individual problem that Extend are working hard to repair.



By addmission their relationship skills are almost none existent and always say on the phone what you want to here. One day they will learn that we want the truth not being nice.
