| Hi I intend to drive from uk to Cyprus via Turkey. Entering at Kyrenia. I will be spending around 6 months in Cyprus on a long holiday with my wife, however most of our time will be spent in the south where we will be living on a small boat that we own. The car is uk registered and I intend bringing some new parts for our boat, which are all vat paid. Can anybody help me out with any problems I might incur on entering Northern Cyprus and when crossing to the south |

| Do it the other way round, enter in the south and avoid the potential problems. Then cross to the north as you require. I would put money on the spares being taken and duty required (and lots of it) if you land in the north. |
