| Just been to Lambousa market on saturday and bought samosas onion bajee and some curries from Obeda as usual all exellent. Thanks Obeda. |

| Second that, the real onion Bajee's are some of the best I have tasted and the curries are realy tasty too, good prices as well.

| Can't disagree, they do taste great. Lots of grease though, no good for the cholesteral! I have heard people saying they've been put off because of this - a shame. Don't know if Obeda reads this forum but if so, Obeda - try sitting the bajis and samosas on some sheets of kitchen towel to soak up the oil. |

They are cooked in vegetable oil, vegetable oil does not contain cholesterol, have a look on a bottle of oil it will tell you.
I buy them and when they are reheated in the oven I put them on kitchen roll to take of any excess oil, easy really.

| Hi Codger, not a problem at all when you're reheating but I always eat them as soon as I buy them - can't wait! It was just a helpful suggestion to improve them that little bit more so you're fingers aren't all greasy. Not everyone will realise that they're not as unhealthy as they look on the surface! |
