Just been to Lambousa market on saturday and bought samosas onion bajee and some curries from Obeda as usual all exellent. Thanks Obeda.

Second that, the real onion Bajee's are some of the best I have tasted and the curries are realy tasty too, good prices as well.

Can't disagree, they do taste great. Lots of grease though, no good for the cholesteral! I have heard people saying they've been put off because of this - a shame. Don't know if Obeda reads this forum but if so, Obeda - try sitting the bajis and samosas on some sheets of kitchen towel to soak up the oil.

They are cooked in vegetable oil, vegetable oil does not contain cholesterol, have a look on a bottle of oil it will tell you.

I buy them and when they are reheated in the oven I put them on kitchen roll to take of any excess oil, easy really.

Hi Codger, not a problem at all when you're reheating but I always eat them as soon as I buy them - can't wait! It was just a helpful suggestion to improve them that little bit more so you're fingers aren't all greasy. Not everyone will realise that they're not as unhealthy as they look on the surface!
