I don't find it boring. I find it informative. They were involved in the Amaranta Valley site where hundreds of people have lost money, some of them their life savings. They were aware of who Gary Robb was at the time. Not to mention the many other disrepancies. Did Unwins compensate the unsuspecting buyers by donating their commission fees they received from selling the properties back to the unfortunate buyers? Some would argue that they were working for Gary Robb and not the poor purchasers. But it would have been a great goodwill gesture if they wanted to keep a reputation. I don't mind how many times a subject comes up on this board if it stops someone getting ripped off!

After reading this forum for the last 3 years, if i had known then what i know now then i would never have used Unwins. It was just good luck that we had the builder that we did and i am more than happy with my purchase. I know he experienced problems getting payments from them because they where hanging onto the money as long as they could to get the intrest for themselves. There where things we where never told that may have changed our minds on buying but this is just my personal oppinion. Read the forum listen to people who have been there and done it and then make your decission. Its a big decission and one not to be taken lightly. The rewards are great if everything works out because N Cyprus and its people are beautiful but do your research.
