"Teresa Bystram talks to reporters at the funeral of Raoul Moat at West Road Crematorium on August 2, 2010 in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. Ms Bystram told reporters that she had traveled from Weybridge in Surrey to attend the funeral she also said Moat was a hero to her. Former night club bouncer Moat went on the run after he shot and injured a policeman, maimed his ex-girlfriend Sam Stobbart in Gateshead and killed her new boyfriend Chris Brown. He eventually shot himself after a six hour stand-off with police in Northumberland on July 10, 2010."

I agree it was wrong to use the tazer on Roal Moat....A sniper with a Rifle would have saved time and money.

Paul Scholes had a holiday in Cyprus circa 1987, Moat couldn't spell Cyprus.
