| Whilst undoubtedly of the utmost importance, I personally take the view, that the most important factor people can display is a generosity of spirit.
A person can display this in the way they speak and write
Kindness of comment decency of thought, consideration of others. Caring, sharing and the ability to show compassion , humour and warmth.
These are the attributes that we should all strive to attain.
Tomorrow is a good day, to reassess how we live our lives. Give it a try!

| Manners are in very short supply these days. I am always shocked at how few people will say thank you. 2 little words that's all but how many times do you hear them. One other thing that is hard to stomach is the way people let you down. Promise to do things for you etc etc and then don't turn up or even bother to tell you they are not going to turn up. Won't answer their phones or reply to messages. Why? I wish the people of today had the manners of the people of yesterday. |

| I Wish people would take this on board when they are writing/ E-mailing customers , some companies appear to dictate have no respect and have an appalling non customer focussed attitude , the most important factor is they tend to miss is that customer pays there wages . |
