Earlier this year I decided to walk the northern coastline of Cyprus, 114 Miles in 5 days, Following lots of research, and enlisting a walking partner (Simon Harding) a start and finish date was set, Simon suggested the charity we should raise funds for would be for our Troops, Visit:

I take my hat off to you both. Very well done. I hope you raised a lot of money for our troops.You certainly raised awareness of this very worthwhile charity x

Trainers yeah,

Tradeoff lightweight crosstrainers for walking or Hiking boots, will definatley try out the american desert boots next

Simon and Gary - I am sooo proud of you both - Andy and co. just did the first 2 legs of their 'cape to cape' walk totalling 35 miles over 2 days and having seen the state of them, I am humbled by the magnitude of the feat you two have achieved!



Really well done and I hope that your feet do, eventually, recover...
