| I was reading an article and this paragraph interested me: "The owners of Riviera - Family Onuray, migrated from South to North Cyprus in 1974 right after the Turkish Peace Operation. They had hard times and finally in 1978, they established The Riviera Beach Bungalows & Studios, formerly known as Riviera Mocamp, in Karaoglanoglu Village, 3 km west of Girne (Kyrenia). At the beginning, the Family Onuray have started the business as a camping site with only 12 hotel rooms and restaurant. In time, they managed to increase the bed capacity up to 104. Nowadays, The Riviera is one of the most popular holiday resort in Northern Cyprus." Is this place still trading? Has anyone stayed there? |

| Bill Msg 1 - Yes and we also send customers there the family are warm and genuine. The property is a mix of styles and is good for people with children disabilities etc. but because it is all on ground level they cant get many stars (There was a rule in NC that you can only claim stars if you have a lft or something.) We get & give good rates there I have just quoted one couple for three nights in December or the spring till 11th March (not including the bank holiday dates) £165.00 each including Ercan return transfers etc. Our normal rates based on B&B for a week would about GBP 250.00 per person twin share (two weeks - 14 nights £396.00) tom info@flightholiday.co.uk |
