Why is it the English are known to be moaners, a recent study found the English love to moan, usually about the weather, the government or money but we just like to moan. Any comments

Why do Brits moan? Maybe it is a congenital defect! A compulsion that wherever they are they have to find fault instead of praising the good. They were not called Wingeing Poms in Australia for nothing! Any other ideas, anyone

The trouble with the TRNC is that the sun is too hot, the pool at The Almond is too wet, the rooms are too big , the food is too nice, the locals are far too friendly, oh and the place is just too nice for relaxing and having a good time. Give me time and I'll come up with some more moans....

The beach is far too close, the shops too! The bus comes far too frequently, Taxis are far too cheap, the neighbours are far too helpful and friendly, winters far too short, summers far too long.... I could go on. ;-)
