I commend you on giving support and advice to potential buyer's into the North of Cyprus through your web site as without appropriate contacts it really is a minefield out their. I was employed with the United Nations as a Plumber for 3 years in the early 80's and as a result of this made many friends in Cyprus. When we decided we wanted to build a home for our future retirement I made contact with my friends in the North and stage by stage achieved what we had hoped for. Its taken us exactly two years to achieve that goal from finding land to receiving the deeds with the property and swimming pool built to a very high standard. I have had many friends come and visit us in Esentepe and they have been impressed with the quality and standard of build and I write this letter in hope to encourage others that not every build is a horror story and with the right research you can also achieve your dream. I was initially embarrassed because time after time people who were telling me their trauma's took the enjoyment of our successful build away. I have decided to write this e mail in case it is of help to any potential investor or someone looking to achieve what we have done. I can assure you the reason I am doing this is that that I am motivated to helping someone achieve their target of having a home, villa or apartment being built to a high standard. If I can achieve that by simply pointing them in the direction of the builder like I was and missing out the middle men who love to take their cut, then I will be delighted to do so. Hi steve

yes been back in fact karen stayed over for two months by herself most of the time and had a relaxing time, I went back out in July for 3 weeks and sweated just a tadge.



Please don't be a stranger you know where we live and we are back out for another 3 weeks end of Sept till 12th oct.

You are correct, we now have a good reason to visit again, we have now committed fully to our place in Lapta, today infact, so will be over there much more often.



Will definately call by, I have your UK no anyway, so will give you a call when we know we are going back.



infact we maybe looking to go for a week at the end of August to show the boys where we are buying, but need to do it last minute as I'm busy at work and then need to find somewhere to stay.
